5 tips to Make Your Beauty Products Last
Make up is the lifeblood of any young woman, and while buying more and new makeup is exciting, it can be a little puzzling about what to do with your old stuff that’s just about almost finished. Well, with these tips you don’t have to throw them out, you can make them last just a little bit longer.
Use Qtips for leftover lipstick – it can be really heartbreaking to throw away a favorite shade of lipstick that you really loved. But if there’s just a little bit left, then you can try getting it out using a Q tip – that way you can make your favorite shade last just a little bit longer.
Broken blushes – if your face powder or blush has shattered because you dropped it – not to worry, you can fix it by using just a little bit of rubbing alcohol and pressing the pieces together – the alcohol will evaporate and leave the pieces glued together as good as new.
Thin out nail polish – if your expensive nail lacquer has dried up and you just can’t afford to get another one, a trick to use is simply add a few drops of paint thinner to your nail polish – it will restore it and you’ll be able to use it again.
Bronzer recovery – if your bronzer’s finished and you’re looking to get a new one, scoop out and mix the remaining powder with a moisturizer. This will give you a fantastic tinted, shimmery cream to use on your arms and neck.
Condition your legs – If your conditioner just isn’t working out on your hair, try using it in place of a shaving cream for the smoothest legs you’ve ever touched.
